2023 FLSA Overtime Changes

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) recently announced in the spring regulatory agenda that it will issue the proposed overtime rule in August. According to its latest agenda, the proposed overtime rule aims to guide implementing the exemption of executive, administrative, and professional employees from the minimum wage and overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
