Reporting Hub (Client Reports and Reports Archive)
Introducing the new Reporting Hub screen within isolved! The hub combines 3 separate screens into one, the clients reports, reports archive, and my reports. We’ve heard the requests and now you can save your favorite reports and search more effectively using keywords and filters! Check out the new features using the quick tour option.

Job Ad AI Writer 2.0 – Now Available
Writing compelling job ads just got a whole lot smarter. The upgraded Job Ad AI Writer now lets you target specific candidate personas, weave in your culture and benefits automatically, and regenerate individual sections on the fly – no more starting from scratch. The result? More unique, precisely styled job ads that speak directly to the candidates you actually want to hire. Job Ad AI Pro is a premium feature.


Know Your Job Status on Indeed – At a Glance (June 3)
Wondering whether your jobs are live on Indeed? The Indeed Visibility Tool, part of our Indeed Platinum Partnership, shows real-time job status directly in the platform—no extra dashboards or guesswork.
Quickly see if a job is live, expired, needs sponsorship, or requires an update, then go straight to your Indeed Dashboard to take action if needed. The status button appears in the reports and job views you already use.
REMEMBER: Visibility on Indeed does not guarantee placement, impressions, or applications—jobs still compete with other organic and sponsored listings. The Indeed Visibility Tool gives you clarity and confidence on job status and next steps.

AI Powered Advanced Applicant Search in Search Bar (June 3)
Premium clients with Advanced Search enabled can now kick off AI-powered natural language searches directly from the header search bar. Type what you’re looking for, like “applicants who met basic qualifications and live in Houston, TX or Newark, NJ” and press Enter. The Advanced Applicant Search Report opens with your query loaded and results ready to go. It’s the same powerful AI search you already rely on, now available everywhere the applicant search bar appears.

Next & Previous Buttons in the Application Viewer (June 3)
Reviewing a high volume of applicants is now quicker and more intuitive. The Application Viewer’s new Next and Previous navigation buttons let you move seamlessly between applicants without jumping back to your list. Update statuses, leave notes, and take action without losing your place.
We’ve also streamlined the interface with updates to some icon-based buttons and a cleaner 3-dot Actions menu. Hover over any icon to see a quick tooltip to understand the icon’s purpose.

Enhanced Candidate Matching – GA Release (June 3)
Candidate Matching just got better, with more accurate scoring, AI-generated fit summaries, and industry-aware evaluations—so you can spend less time reviewing resumes and more time connecting with the right candidates.
To keep hiring consistent, existing and closed job listings will stay on the current experience, so scores won’t change and applicants won’t be rescored. Only new job listings created after release will use the enhanced model.
For evergreen or long-running roles, close the existing listing and create a new one to use the enhanced scoring. If the job content is more than 90 days old, this is also a good time to refresh it.

Advanced Accruals
Advanced Accruals is transforming the accrual experience across Administration, Employee Workspace (AEE), and timeclocks. With automated eligibility-based plan assignments, real-time balance visibility, and consistent time-off rules, it helps teams streamline administration, scale with confidence, and strengthen compliance. To learn more, watch the video included with the v12.9 Release Notes. More details will be shared as we get closer to launch.
Time Off Cancellation
Time Off Cancellation makes it easier for employees and administrators to manage changes to approved time off. Employees can cancel requests from the Employee Calendar or My Absences, while admins can review and respond in the same places they are already accustomed to seeing time off requests. With status updates, comments, notifications, and accurate balance adjustments, the process stays simple, seamless, and in sync.
Note: this feature will be released on the same schedule as Advanced Accruals but can be used for any type of accrual plan.
