Release v12.11 has some exciting new additions! 

We are working hard to provide the best tools for you and your team.

Benefits 

Client Benefit Plans Column Chooser Functionality 

A new Column Chooser is now available on the Client Benefit Plan list screen for organizations using the Benefit Plans experience. This feature allows users to customize which columns are displayed, including Plan Description, Integration Code, Current Plan Year dates, ACA details, auto-enroll indicators, and more. Use the Column Chooser icon to tailor your view and quickly find key information. Column selections are not saved, and the view will return to the default settings after you exit the screen. 


Tax Update

Illinois Employer 401K Contributions 

Illinois has updated how employer 401(k) contributions are treated for Unemployment tax purposes, making them exempt effective July 1, 2026 


AI Functionality available now 

Claude Connector 

Employees can access their isolved time balances and make time off requests or cancellations through Claude as allowed with their company policies via the connectors. All requests will still follow current Admins, Managers, and Supervisors workflows and permissions setup for the company.  


Identity 

Unverified Phone Number Prompt  

Users with an unverified mobile number will now see a prompt after logging in, giving them the option to verify their number or dismiss and complete it later. This optional reminder helps keep contact information up to date, supporting account security, and making account recovery easier if needed. 


Applicant Tracking  

isolved Onboarding Status Visibility Available 7/1 

Within the Applicant Tracking system there will be additional status added for hiring teams who do not have access to see individual’s progress. 

 

Job Match in the Candidate Marketplace 

Using AI the Job Match feature within the Candidate Marketplace will enable your recruiting team to be able to source out qualified individuals who have not applied for open jobs yet. Proactively being able to send emails, add to campaigns, and invite to apply.  

Proscreening Updates. July 29th and August 4th scheduled release dates 

Proscreening will be updating and migrating the technology currently being used to a new API to improve the performance of background checks. There will be a new tab added that says Proscreening – Legacy where previous reports and orders can be viewed.   


Advanced Applicant Search Report Updated 

Next Release Preview on 7/10. *Items may be delayed if the development team decides they need to make more updates/testing.  

  • Identity Recovery Login Codes 

New options are being added to assist users who are not able to use their typical MFA options during a login. The MFA permissions allowed are dictated by the company setup and will not change with these additional features.  

  • Copy Employee Messages Templates – 

A long-time request is here! Admins will be able to copy existing employee messages to create a new message.   

  • Employee Documents To-Do Workspace 

Employees will now see listed any documents needing action on their Workspace.  

 

New Road Map Items for 2026 

Perfect Payroll Analytics 

Perfect Payroll has new tools designed to give you better visibility and help catch issues earlier in the payroll process. 

A new Payroll Status Indicator provides a clear, step-by-step view of your payroll progress, showing completed actions, current status, and upcoming steps. You can easily see where you are in the process and what comes next. 

The new Totals Widget displays key payroll metrics, including Gross Pay, Hours, Taxes, and Net Pay, alongside a rolling average of your last 10 payrolls. This makes it easy to quickly spot anything out of range without needing to run a separate comparison report. 

In addition, the Insights grid brings all payroll exceptions into a single, filterable view, allowing you to sort and prioritize by severity or category. Together, these help streamline processing and surface important information more efficiently.  

Perfect Payroll Assist 

Introducing Perfect Payroll Assist, a new add-on service designed to bring advanced insights and anomaly detection directly into your payroll process. This intelligence layer reviews payroll data in real time, helping you identify potential issues early and prioritize what needs attention most. 

The Insights & Analysis panel evaluates each payroll run against a set of rules and organizes findings by severity, so you can quickly understand what may impact payroll accuracy or compliance and take action accordingly. 

In addition, Payroll Anomaly Detection monitors key indicators such as direct deposit changes, employee counts, new hires, and total hours to help flag unusual patterns before payroll is finalized. 

Together, these tools provide greater visibility into your payroll data, helping you work more efficiently and confidently. 

Benefits Guidance Update: Life Insurance and Legal Insurance Benefit Types Added 

Benefits Guidance is expanding to include Life Insurance plan types. With this update, Benefits Guidance will be able to provide employees with personalized guidance on life insurance benefit plans. To support this functionality, a new Benefit Category assignment has been added (Basic Life, Basic Life and AD&D, Universal Life, Whole Life, Term Life, and AD&D).
