Benefits/HR
ACA Reporting Error Highlighted on Run Alerts
Additional highlighting has been added to the ACA Run Alerts report to help identify potential filing issues.

Line 14 will now be highlighted in red when no code is present, indicating a condition that will result in IRS file rejection. Line 16 will be highlighted in yellow when blank, and the corresponding Line 14 code is 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1J, or 1K, indicating coverage was unaffordable, or code 1H, indicating why coverage wasn’t offered.

Applicant Tracking
Indeed Announcement on 6/8
Indeed shared that they were updating their policies and published a Healthy Marketplace update on June 8th. This is available as an article in the Indeed Employer Help Center.
This update is intended to better align their processes and policies around job posting, specifically clarifying visibility vs. sponsorship requirements. We are one of Indeed’s Platinum Partners and they wanted to make sure we’re aware of this communication, and that this will be the official resource to reference if you have questions.
Sneak Peek – AI Enhancements Coming Soon
Perform Small Business Employee Reviews
We have a new AI-powered enhancement coming soon to Perform Small Business Employee Reviews that provides 2 key benefits.
For Participants
All users will have access to a new Review Comment feature that instantly refines performance feedback by improving grammar, tone, and professionalism—while keeping your message authentic. You stay in control with the option to accept or decline suggested edits.
For Managers and Supervisors
Managers and supervisors will benefit from an AI-generated summary of employee self-evaluations, highlighting key achievements and important themes. This provides a quick, insightful starting point to streamline the review process and reduce time spent switching between evaluations.
This feature is currently in beta but is planned for release later this month.


Employee Benefits Guidance
Benefits Guidance is an AI-powered add on integrated into the employee’s benefit enrollment experience. Benefits Guidance simplifies benefit selection by surfacing personalized recommendations based on each employee’s unique needs and financial situations. The primary goal of this functionality is to help employees confidently select the optimal benefits plans, ensuring maximum value, and protection tailored to their needs and budget. Employees can participate in a quick 10 min questionnaire for more targeted guidance and recommendations as well
