Benefits/HR
2025 California Pay Data Reporting Changes
We’ve updated the California Pay Data Report to meet the latest Civil Rights Department (CRD) requirements for reporting year 2025. If you have 100 or more employees with at least one employee in California, these changes apply to you — and action is required before the May 13, 2026, deadline.
What’s New:
- Three New Report Fields The report now captures exemption status (sourced from FLSA classification), employment type, and total annual weeks worked including paid leave.
- New Employment Category Status Field A new field has been added to the Employment Category page with values: Full-Time, Part-Time, Intermittent, and Other/Exempt. This field is required for California clients and optional for all others. Employees categorized as Other/Exempt will be excluded from the CA Pay Data Report.
- MENA Now a Separate Race/Ethnicity Category Middle Eastern or North African (MENA) is now its own distinct category — separate from White — for California Pay Data reporting, consistent with updated CRD guidance. Note: MENA-identifying employees continue to classify as White for all federal EEO-1 reporting purposes.
- A new Employment Category Status field on the Employment Categories page captures Full-Time, Part-Time, Intermittent, or Other/Exempt classifications — required for California clients to support the updated Pay Data Report.

Identity
My Account: Connected App Management
Employees can now view and manage third-party applications connected to their account via SSO. This includes the ability to remove app connections directly from their account, giving users more control over their connected services. Intuit TurboTax is currently the only third-party application that can be managed; however, this will expand in future releases.
- The new Manage Connections page lets employees view and disconnect third-party SSO-connected apps — such as Intuit TurboTax — directly from their account.

- When no third-party apps are linked, the Connected Apps section displays “No connections” so employees have clear visibility into their account’s connection status.

- When a third-party app is linked, Connected Apps displays a green “Connected” status with a Manage button, giving employees quick access to review or remove their connections.

Platform
Reporting Hub
We are excited to share that by the end of May, we will begin rolling out Reporting Hub, our new centralized reporting experience. isolved Reporting Hub lives directly within isolved People Cloud and provides a single destination to access and manage reports. It’s designed to make it easier to find, generate and download reports through a more streamlined and user-friendly interface.
With Reporting Hub, you’ll be able to:
- Search and filter reports more efficiently using flexible criteria
- Preview report layouts before generating
- Customize reports with parameter-driven options
- Edit and regenerate reports without starting over
- Download multiple reports at once
- Manage reports in a centralized queue
- Access enhanced payroll report archives
We will be rolling out Reporting Hub over the next few releases, so be on the lookout for an email with specific rollout information for your company’s rollout over the next few weeks. Access to reporting hub will be added to any users who already have access to existing reporting screens such as My Reports and Report Archive.
- Reporting Hub – A centralized report library within People Cloud where users can search by name, description, or tags, favorite reports, and generate them directly from a single, organized interface.

- Reporting Hub – Report Preview – Before generating, users can preview report layouts with live data, review the report description and tags, and proceed to generate directly from the preview window.

- Reporting Hub – Report Archive – Users can access completed payroll reports organized by pay group and year, with the ability to download or regenerate individual reports directly from the archive.

- Reporting Hub – Reports Queue – Users can monitor the status of in-progress reports, with options to download, delete, or view details once generation is complete.

- Reporting Hub – Generate Report – Users can customize reports before generating by applying date ranges, filtering by legal company, pay group, and labor levels, and selecting additional output options.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
eForm Dashboard Enhancement
We’ve expanded the eForm Dashboard to give Admins and Authorized Managers a powerful, centralized view of every eForm in progress – no more digging through emails, individual records, or chasing approvals. This enhanced dashboard delivers realtime visibility into approval status, current approvers, pending actions, and overdue tasks, all from one location. With intuitive filters, visual approval progress indicators, and quick access to each eForm, users can spot bottlenecks instantly and keep hiring workflows moving smoothly. It’s a faster, clearer way to manage offer letters and other critical documents.
Note: Appropriate permissions must be granted to users; otherwise, this will be automatically enabled for premium accounts with eForms enabled.
- A notification will appear on the eForm Dashboard if action is required. View by eForm status on the tabs indicated – approved, pending, rejected, rescinded, expired.

- Select title to view eForm details. Click on the applicant’s name to view application details.

- Filtering & Customization: Open filters to view all eForms to filter by job, specific approvers, eForm initiators, and department. Customize columns for additional information.

- To view additional approval status information, hover over the eForm status. The status icon indicates the approver’s action/status.

Tag Filtering and Multi-Input Text Field Enhancement
We’ve made two enhancements to the Advanced Applicant Search Report! You can now enter multiple keywords within the Resume Keyword field to expand your search and surface even more relevant applicants — and you can now filter by the system-generated Notes tag to quickly identify applicants who have received notes during your hiring process. Together, these updates make your reporting experience faster and more targeted.
Both improvements are a direct result of your feedback, and we’re thrilled to continue investing in your reporting experience!
- Advanced Applicant Search Report – Users can now enter multiple resume keywords to broaden search results and filter applicants by a system-generated Notes tag to quickly surface candidates who have received notes during the hiring process.
