Type(s) of training you can request
Once we receive your request for training, a training specialist from our team will reach out to you within 24 business hours to schedule a time for your session.
Manager Training – iSolved Classic and Adaptive view. This training will cover the following sections:
- Tasks – pending punches, view and approve timecards, approve or reject time off requests, update address/contacts, timecard corrections
- Employee – view and edit employee’s information, employment, manager assignments, pay, position, create absences
- Calendar – view employee absences and holidays
Manager Training – 60 min
Troubleshooting Training – This training will cover:
- AEE registration
- AEE App install
- Error message troubleshooting
Troubleshooting-15-30 min
Open Topics Training – This training covers:
- Open topic FAQ
