Book a Meeting Time

New Admin Kick Off training session – During
this meeting we will create a personalized training agenda that includes quick
videos, Admin and employee training PDF guides as well as live Zoom trainings.
The personalized training agenda will be a great resource for future use. We
will review the products and features of the account and book necessary
trainings.  

New Admin Kick Off training session – 30 min

Share & Perform- This training is an extensive review of the Share & Perform engagement and performance module which helps improve employee engagement and provides the tools to customize your performance review experience. The Share & Perform Admin Training provides attendees navigation, functionality testing and training.

Share & Perform – 50 Min

iSolved Overview – This training will provide a high-level overview of the most commonly used screens under Employee Management, Employee Analytics, Self Service Management, Quick Hire, Company Assets, Reporting, Client Management, and Employee Self-Service

iSolved Overview – 60 Min

Payroll Processing with iSolved Time – This training will walk you through the four steps to successful payroll processing: “Payroll Entry,” “Preview Payroll,” “Timecard/Preview Audit Reports,” and “Process Payroll. Additional topics covered: how to manipulate an employee’s timecard to correct missed punches by adding, editing, and deleting time. Different timecard views, creating and customizing Payroll Entry templates, prorating pay types, and additional check entry and types.

Payroll Processing with iSolved Time – 30 Min

Reporting – This training will cover iSolved’s canned reports that are available in the Reporting menu as well as a tutorial on creating customized reports using Report Writer

Performance Reviews – A performance review is a general overview of how an employee has performed their work functions over a period. This review will typically be given by a manager or supervisor and may have an impact on the employee’s salary or rate increase. Each employer generally has their own ratings system and review topics that are used for performance reviews. To accommodate an array of customer needs, the iSolved system has the ability for each customer to create their own customized performance reviews. Multiple review measures/questions can be added, and the ratings system used can be customized to your needs. This training will cover the steps to creating, assigning and completing performance reviews in the system

Performance Reviews – 45 Min

Onboarding – The onboarding training will guide you through setting up the proper roles and rules and assign them to the appropriate parties. The course continues with initiating the Onboarding to the New hire and the process of completion. We will look at the reboarding process when rehiring an employee.

Offboarding – Employee Offboarding is a feature within isolved that provides users with an electronic solution for completing all the steps necessary to successfully dismiss an employee following their resignation or termination.

HR Module – Human Resource Management training will review the function of the HR Management department and their role in the companies strategic direction. Then you will learn how to customize descriptions for HR screens including topics like certifications, company assets, training, and more.

HR Module – 30 Min

Learn and Grow – This training is an overview of the very user friendly iSolved Learning Management System (LMS). It allows you to create your own learning content tailored to your organization’s needs, connecting employees with information and educational content that drives engagement, collaboration, productivity, and career development. Self-paced learning includes gamification elements, tests, custom paths, and much more.

Learn and Grow – 60 Min

Adaptive Employee Experience – This training is designed to train admin and or managers from the employees perspective and the training will cover:

  • Navigation, notifications, preferences
  • Time and Attendance- viewing and verifying timecards, requesting time off, viewing schedules
  • Personal- updating personal information
  • Pay and Tax – view and edit direct deposit, pay history, year-end tax forms, and update your tax withholdings
  • Benefits – view benefits summary
  • People Cloud – links to access Learn and Grow and Share and Perform

Adaptive – Admin and or Manager (30 Min)

Expense Management- This training is an amazing way to deploy a system for a business to process, pay and audit employee-initiated expenses. These costs include, but are not limited to, expenses incurred for travel and entertainment. Expense management training includes set up of the expense types, policies, calculations, delegates, submittal, approval and payment of Expense reimbursements.

Expense Management – 50 min

Troubleshooting Training – This training will cover:

  • AEE registration
  • AEE App install
  • Error message troubleshooting

Troubleshooting – 15-30 min

Certifications- This training is a great way to learn about the HR screens in isolved that provide the tracking mechanism to provide insight to manage employees effectively. The HR data can store information for certifications obtained by your employees. The data can be available through Employee self-service to the employee, manager, supervisor and HR admin. Managers can accurately make job changes, promotion or evaluation decisions when the performance data is easily accessible.

Compensation Management- To help fuel better, more informed decisions, the Compensation Analysis grid displays different factors that affect compensation changes ensuring you have accurate data available when you need it most. The Compensation Management dashboard offers a holistic view, including average annual base salary, compra-ratio comparisons, total salary by job groups, and more to get a big picture view of your company’s overall compensation. HR leaders can manage compensation events, assign tasks and automate reminders, enable compensation changes to flow directly to payroll, and view tasks and analytics all in one place. Accurately track annual merit increases, salaries, bonuses and more across your organization,
