We love MP. I know it sounds contrived, but we don’t consider them a separate vendor that we contract with. For our staff and Board, they are an integral part of our team. Whether it’s confronting very difficult and emotionally draining human resource issues, restructuring our organization to better meet the needs of those we serve, saving us money by reducing costs and redundancies, or sharing best practices with us and our employees – we can say with 100% certainty that if it wasn’t for MP we would not be able to serve as many children as we do. This is more than just a list of vague examples, MP has helped us with each and every one of these situations. They helped us create a new policy book, implement digital timesheets, navigate COVID-19, and the list goes on and on. I guess in conclusion the fact is simply that without MP we would not be able to help as many kids as we do and for that we are happy they are our partners.

When we were in the market for a payroll company we spoke to all of the players. We had demonstrations from 5 or 6 different providers, but none could do what we needed to, as we have complex cost coding due to being in construction. Jobs, cost codes, different offices, multi state, etc. we face many challenges when it comes to payroll. MP was able to deliver everything we need and want in a platform that was extremely competitive with pricing. The implementation team at MP was able to customize an excel file that we could upload to our financial software, which made the payroll process much quicker. We have been extremely happy for the 3 years we have been with MP, and their client support team is second to none. Any issue or question we have gets an immediate response, which again, being in construction time is always of the essence. I cant say it enough how much I would recommend MP to another company, especially a company in construction, because you will not find a better, more robust, product, especially for the price.
I personally have been through a few different payroll companies in my career and MP has by far been my best experience.
