In 2022, the Department of Labor (DOL) announced it is increasing audits for violations of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Employers should note that one DOL audit could open them to others, including wage and hour audits. The costs to employers could be high, and businesses should preemptively conduct their own internal audits. They should make corrections to their FMLA policies and procedures to ensure full FMLA compliance. MP’s HR experts share guidance employers need right now.

Register for the webinar to:

  • Find out how to reduce risk and exposure in the event of a DOL audit or complaint
  • Outline employers’ responsibilities for FMLA compliance
  • Get best practices for conducting an internal FMLA audit
  • Learn how to develop and implement a strong FMLA policy
