A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Erin has worked in project management and implementation for almost 15 years. As our Director of Implementation, Erin ensures that all companies that go through the onboarding process are fully supported and receive the kind of care that continuously earns NPS scores of 80-90+ every year. Erin is passionate about the Cincinnati area she calls home and is an active advocate for the local business market.
