Coronavirus and the Construction Industry
Coronavirus is disrupting life across the globe in unprecedented ways. If you are in the construction industry in Massachusetts, Mayor Walsh has halted work in the city of Boston from March 17th for at least the next two weeks.
In partnership with the Associated Builders and Contractors of MA (ABC MA), we will be streaming a free webinar discussing all the ongoing changes that are occurring and different measures your business can take to safe and mitigate negative impacts.
Presenting will be Amanda Leonardi and Brian Stevens. Amanda Leonardi, SHRM-CP is an HR Generalist at MassPay HR and Payroll Services. She currently provides HR support to small, medium and large size businesses in a variety of industries, and previously managed HR for a 250 employee non-profit organization. Amanda received her BA from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and has recently become a certified HR professional through SHRM.
Brian is a construction safety specialist with Contractors Risk Management and is the safety consultant to ABC MA Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance Group. He holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry. He specializes in assisting clients with hazard communication, and recognizing and controlling chemical, biological, and radiological hazards.
