Matt Santosuosso is a Solutions Consultant with isolved and has over 20 years of experience in the HCM space.

Regina is an experienced leader in engaging, motivating, and developing employees. Before joining Tribute three years ago, she spent over a dozen years managing global HR and community involvement programs in the financial services sector. Regina has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Maine at Farmington, and a master’s degree in human resources from Suffolk University.  She lives with her husband, two kids, and two geriatric orange cats in MetroWest Massachusetts.

Dave Beckwith, a seasoned entrepreneur and leader, has been at the helm of Beckwith Restaurant Enterprises for over 19 years. As the owner of 25 Subway restaurants in New Hampshire, his influence is evident in their exceptional standards. A certified CPA with a degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo, Dave's diverse skill set and healthy financial background have shaped his keen business mindset. 

Rachel will serve as our event host. Rachel's marketing experience spans over two decades and is the leader and motivator of MP's growth team. She is ready to welcome you all and keep you engaged as we move throughout the day. 

There are not many out there that can hold the title of Chief Inspiration Officer like Nick Mirabello! He will be appearing throughout the day to help keep you upbeat, out of your seat and motivated.
