New Admin Kick Off training session – 30 min – During this meeting we will create a personalized training agenda that includes quick videos, Admin and employee training PDF guides as well as live Zoom trainings. The personalized training agenda will be a great resource for future use. We will review the products and features of the account and book necessary trainings.
isolved Overview – 60 min – This training will provide a high-level overview of the most commonly used screens under Employee Management, Employee Analytics, Self Service Management, Quick Hire, Company Assets, Reporting, Client Management, and Employee Self-Service
Payroll Processing with isolved Time – 30 min – This training will walk you through the four steps to successful payroll processing: “Payroll Entry,” “Preview Payroll,” “Timecard/Preview Audit Reports,” and “Process Payroll. Additional topics covered: how to manipulate an employee’s timecard to correct missed punches by adding, editing, and deleting time. Different timecard views, creating and customizing Payroll Entry templates, prorating pay types, and additional check entry and types.
Reporting – 30 min – This training will cover isolved’s canned reports that are available in the Reporting menu as well as a tutorial on creating customized reports using Report Writer
Onboarding – 45 min – The onboarding training will guide you through setting up the proper roles and rules and assign them to the appropriate parties. The course continues with initiating the Onboarding to the New hire and the process of completion. We will look at the reboarding process when rehiring an employee.
Offboarding – 45 min – Employee Offboarding is a feature within isolved that provides users with an electronic solution for completing all the steps necessary to successfully dismiss an employee following their resignation or termination.
HR Module – 30 min – Human Resource Management training will review the function of the HR Management department and their role in the companies strategic direction. Then you will learn how to customize descriptions for HR screens including topics like certifications, company assets, training, and more.
Adaptive Employee Experience – 30 min – This training is designed to train admin and or managers from the employees perspective and the training will cover:
- Navigation, notifications, preferences
- Time and Attendance- viewing and verifying timecards, requesting time off, viewing schedules
- Personal- updating personal information
- Pay and Tax – view and edit direct deposit, pay history, year-end tax forms, and update your tax withholdings
- Benefits – view benefits summary
- People Cloud – links to access Learn and Grow and Share and Perform
Expense Management – 50 min – This training is an amazing way to deploy a system for a business to process, pay and audit employee-initiated expenses. These costs include, but are not limited to, expenses incurred for travel and entertainment. Expense management training includes set up of the expense types, policies, calculations, delegates, submittal, approval and payment of Expense reimbursements.
Troubleshooting Training – 20 min – This training will cover:
- AEE registration
- AEE App install
- Error message troubleshooting
Certifications – 30 min – This training is a great way to learn about the HR screens in isolved that provide the tracking mechanism to provide insight to manage employees effectively. The HR data can store information for certifications obtained by your employees. The data can be available through Employee self-service to the employee, manager, supervisor and HR admin. Managers can accurately make job changes, promotion or evaluation decisions when the performance data is easily accessible.
Occurrence Tracking – 50 min – The Occurrence Tracking module in isolved is a solution that takes Timecard alerts and applies points to identify when corrective actions need to take place per a company’s policy. This can also be used as a stand-alone module in Human Resources where occurrences are all entered manually by users. As employees accumulate points and reach pre-determined thresholds, a corrective action record is created, and notifications can be sent to users who need to take action. A separate occurrence is created for each occurrence rule if you are utilizing occurrence tracking with the Timecard alerts. This document shows the setup and maintenance of the Occurrence Tracking module.
